El tour esta disponible para todas las edades.
Infantes (0-4 años) accenden de forma gratuita. Por cuestiones de seguridad no se les permite realizar ninguna actividad de snorkel y debe contar con un tutor responsable en todo momento, además el tutor responsable deberá firmar una responsiva para poder acceder al tour.
Menores (5-8 años) acceden por un costo menor al del adulto. Podrán realizar las actividades de snorkel bajo supervisión de un tutor responble que deberá firmar una responsiva para poder acceder al tour y a las actividades.
The tour is available for all ages.
Infants (0–4 years old) can join for free. For safety reasons, they are not allowed to participate in any snorkeling activities and must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. The accompanying adult will be required to sign a waiver before boarding.
Children (5–8 years old) can join at a reduced rate. They may participate in snorkeling activities under the supervision of a responsible adult, who must also sign a waiver before joining the tour and activities.
1:15 PM - Check-in en el Muelle Fiscal Cozumel (entrega de brazaletes).
2:00 PM - Inicio del tour y briefing de seguridad.
3:00 PM - Snorkel en arrecife (40 min).
4:00 PM - Snorkel en El Cielo + tiempo en El Cielito (1:30 h).
5:30 PM - Lunch a bordo.
6:00 PM - Fiesta Sunset en el catamarán y regreso al muelle.
7:00 PM - Llegada al muelle.
1:15 PM - Check-in at Cozumel Fiscal Pier (wristband delivery).
2:00 PM - Tour begins + safety briefing.
3:00 PM - Reef snorkeling (40 min).
4:00 PM - Snorkeling at El Cielo + free time at El Cielito (1.5 h).
5:30 PM - Lunch onboard.
6:00 PM - Sunset party on the catamaran & return to the pier.
7:00 PM - Arrival at the pier.
2:00 PM a 7:00 PM
Barra libre de bebidas no alcoholicas (agua y refrescos).
Terminando el último snorkel hasta las 7:00 PM.
Barra libre con bebidas alcoholicas (agua y refrescos, cerveza nacional y margaritas).

2:00 PM to 7:00 PM Open bar with non-alcoholic drinks (water and soft drinks). After the last snorkeling stop and until 7:00 PM: Open bar with alcoholic drinks (water, soft drinks, national beer, and margaritas).

Políticas de Devolución / Refund policies:
Reembolso del 100% por Causas de Fuerza mayor como Condiciones climáticas adversas y/o Cierre de puerto. El cliente puede cancelar hasta 24 horas antes de la salida del tour programado con reembolso del 50%. Después de este periodo no hay reembolso, pero se puede reprogramar para otra fecha u horario.
No aplica reembolso o cambio en caso de no presentarse.
